Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the TokenLabs website and interface at https://tokenlabs.network (the "Site"). "TokenLabs", "we" and "us" mean the operator of the Site. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, whichever is greater, and that your use of the Site is lawful where you are. We do not target any particular jurisdiction. If use of the Site is prohibited where you are, you must not use it.

The Site is a non-custodial interface to public smart contracts on IOTA. We do not hold your private keys or your assets. You approve every transaction in your own wallet. We are not a party to those transactions. Tokens and other content created by users, including on Forge, are created by those users. We do not issue, verify, or endorse them.

Crypto-assets can lose all their value. Smart contracts, wallets, and networks can fail. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Network fees and any Site fees are shown before you sign. Blockchain transactions are final. You use the Site at your own risk.

The Site stores essential cookies for session, theme, and language, and uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-WLQTQS3LRR) to understand aggregate traffic. We do not sell personal data and we do not ask for your name or identity documents to use the Site. Wallet addresses are public on the network.
